On September 2, 2006, Satinder Thind, 23 years of age, used the screen name "sst83," to start an internet chat with a decoy from Perverted Justice who was pretending to be a thirteen-year-old girl named "Carly." Thind started asking her explicit questions right away, including if she ever had a boyfriend, whether she had ever engaged in oral sex, what her height and weight were, and if she had ever masturbated. Some of his quotes include: "Yep, I knew it: you're a horny little 13-year-old girl," and "Girls can't really process the emotion of sex until 16 at the earliest."
