Parenting a child with ADHD can be overwhelming, especially when big emotions take over. If you’ve ever felt your own frustration rise when your child is melting down, you’re not alone! We are here with practical strategies to help you regulate your own emotions so you can support your child through dysregulation. Whether you're in the thick of daily struggles or just looking for more tools to stay grounded, this episode will give you the confidence to show up as the calm, steady support your child needs.

MEET OUR TEAM

We are Lori, Mallory, and Katie. Lori and Mallory are child psychologists, and Katie is a speech language pathologist. We’ve spent decades supporting thousands of families navigating ADHD. And we’re also moms: some of us raising kids with ADHD and some of us navigating it ourselves… which means we understand both the science and the real-life moments that don’t make it into textbooks.
