在我们的认知里，服兵役都是两年。但在韩国，不同的兵种，兵役时长也不一样。

The soldiers in the navy（海军） serve for 20 months.

The soldiers in the army（陆军） serve for 18 months. 

现在服兵役的时间已经缩短了。

Jerry’s dad has served in the army for 30 months, back then. Jerry的爸爸当时在军队服役30个月。
