1. 西方人喝咖啡的频率

主播Selah喝咖啡的频率是：normally drink 1 coffee a day, and sometimes 2。

通常早上起来的第一件事就是make coffee，如果needs more energy或者是is meeting someone at a café，还会have an afternoon cup（在下午也喝一杯）。

但在下午3点后是不喝咖啡的，除非是needs to stay up late that night（熬夜）。

其他西方人基本上也是，1-2 cups a day is pretty normal。

2. 咖啡的种类

中国茶有六大茶类（绿、红、白、黑、黄、乌龙/青），每一类茶下面根据产地、材料、以及制作工艺的不同，会分为不同的茶，比如绿茶有：太平猴魁、信阳毛尖、碧螺春、龙井等等，红茶有金骏眉、滇红等。
