In Human Design, the Head Centre is described as a pressure centre, though this often relates to our identification with being the questioner - constantly trying to figure life out. When we let go of this identification, we open ourselves to true inquiry, allowing us to observe patterns and limiting beliefs with clarity. In this shift, the Head Centre transforms from a pressure pot of neurosis into a source of inspiration.
