Governor Patrick Morrisey's desire to repeal West Virginia's Certificate of Need laws took a blow earlier this week with a House of Delegates committee killing a bill earlier this week, but the Governor is not letting the matter go so easily. We'll hear remarks made by Morrisey regarding Certificate of Need and we'll also hear a response from Jim Kaufman of the West Virginia Hospital Association.
