 Today, Larry goes one on onewith Santa Anita    Handicapper Peter Lurie , who discusses and handicaps some of today’s race card, including the $300,000 San Felipe Stakes which offers 50 points to the winner towards a berth in the Kentucky Derby. He also talks about  the $300,000 Santa Anita Handicap for four year olds and why it has always been considered a highlight race of the Santa Anita meet  and also discusses how he became part of the horse racing industry originally and why an industry handicapper.; Thoroughbred Trainer Gerald Bennett, who talks about his horse  Rouki who won a stakes race at Tampa Bay Downs last weekend and  why Rouki is a lesson in patience. He also discusses  his roots to Canadian racing and where it all began  for him in the Thoroughbred industry  and why he eventually moved to the U.S. to train.; Woodbine Trainer John Charalambous, who talks about his three-year-old Scorching who is racing today at Aqueduct in the Gotham Stakes and why he chose theGotham for the first start of the year and is a Kentucky Derby prep.
