Unless you’ve been living under a rock the past 2 months, it’s hard to ignore what Elon Musk has been doing with DOGE – or the Department of Government Efficiency.

And while I’m not here to play politics, one thing I think we can all agree on is this:

It’s valuable to audit our work, and determine what’s working well versus what’s not.

So today I’m going to create my own agency – the Department of TRAINING Efficiency (or DOTE, for short) to see what YOU can do to level up!
