The response emphasizes that the claims against Combs are well-founded and supported by substantial legal and factual bases, warranting the case’s continuation in court.
he opposition contends that Combs’s arguments fail to meet the legal threshold required for dismissal and do not sufficiently challenge the validity of the allegations brought forth by Graves. Plaintiff’s counsel asserts that the court should deny Combs’s motion in full, allowing the case to proceed toward discovery and further litigation. By doing so, they maintain that justice will be served by ensuring that the claims are fully examined rather than prematurely dismissed.
