Thalia Graves Continues To Push Back Against Diddy's Attempt To Dismiss (2/27/25)

In response to Defendant Sean Combs’s February 7, 2025, letter regarding his anticipated motion to dismiss in Graves v. Combs et al., Plaintiff Thalia Graves, represented by this firm alongside Allred Maroko & Goldberg, strongly opposes the motion in its entirety. The Plaintiff’s legal team argues that Combs's proposed grounds for dismissal lack merit and do not justify the case's dismissal at this stage. The response emphasizes that the claims against Combs are well-founded and supported by substantial legal and factual bases, warranting the case’s continuation in court.

he opposition contends that Combs’s arguments fail to meet the legal threshold required for dismissal and do not sufficiently challenge the validity of the allegations brought forth by Graves. Plaintiff’s counsel asserts that the court should deny Combs’s motion in full, allowing the case to proceed toward discovery and further litigation. By doing so, they maintain that justice will be served by ensuring that the claims are fully examined rather than prematurely dismissed.
