The 2025 West Virginia Legislative Session started out slow due to a change in process. However, things are beginning to progress on important caucus agenda issues. The bill to repeal Certificate of Need was defeated by a narrow vote in committee, but there's movement on the Parents Bill of Rights and the effort to provide exemptions on childhood vaccines.
