Brian Laundrie and Gabby Petito were pulled over while they were visiting MOAB after several other guests called the police to tell them of an altercation. After the police arrived and talked with both Brian and Gabby the decision was made not to make an arrest.
Now, after new pictures of Gabby have been introduced to the conversation, as the law suit against moab continues to make its way through the system, the question once again is being asked: Why wasn't Brian Laundrie arrested in MOAB?
