Published 8 years, 4 months ago
Description
A bonus chat with the very inspirational Simone Mitchell who came 2nd overall at Ironman Lanzarote 2018. She ran a 3.07 marathon and when she first started in this sport in 2012 her 400m PB swim time was over 10 minutes. So there is hope for us all!
