The Clippers had things rolling in the 2nd qtr going on an 18-0 run playing defense, making shots narrowing the deficit to only 1 point. But the 2nd half would not go the same way, their was clearly a fair amount of rust after the long break for the NBA Cup. The Nuggets pulled away and never looked back. Lead by Jamal Murray's 20 Nikola Jokic had only 16. The Clippers were awful at the line going 10-18 Kevin Porter Jr leading LA with 16 off the bench.
