Rich Bender, the Executive Director of USA Wrestling, talks during the 2022 USA Wrestling Junior Women's Freestyle National Championships about the tremendous growth of women's wrestling and how this tournament has served as one of the catalysts.
Bender talks about the decision to bring the first Junior Women's tournament to Fargo in 2002 and how it is nearly approaching 1,000 athletes after a record-setting field 20 years later.
