Description
Ninety Four year-old Marie Belacastro was murdered by her teenage neighbor Jacob LaRosa on March 31st, 2015. In 2018, LaRosa was sentenced to life without parole plus 31 years in 2018. Now a new Ohio law could change LaRosa's fate.
