What if investigating Officers showed up to a home in which they had no idea who the homeowner was (was a civilian homeowner), how would the investigation have gone differently? 2. How would interrogations have gone differently if all suspects were brought in that day, separated, and interviewed by Teams of Troopers armed with footage from the Waterfall, and Ring Camera footage from the neighborhood?
