It's safe to say Syracuse Orange Basketball failed in the transfer portal last offseason. Adrian Autry's portal haul consisted of four players: Eddie Lampkin, Jyare Davis, Jaquan Carlos, and Lucas Taylor. Had Syracuse used its NIL budget properly, it's possible the Orange could've landed both Malik Mack and Dakota Leffew. Instead, Syracuse reportedly had $700,000 available for Kadary Richmond, which was nowhere near what is his actual value.
