Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie were caught on camera by MOAB police officers a few days before she was murdered by him. The Police officers who responded to the call decided not to arrest Brian Laundrie and instead just to separate the couple for the night.
Gabby Petito family is suing the MOAB police department for negligence and with this new witness coming forward, it certainly seems their case has been bolstered.
