In “The Beast,” AI Puts Limits on Human Emotion

Episode 25 Published 1 year, 8 months ago
Description

It’s the UConn Popcast, and “The Beast” is a 2023 sci fi / romance movie by French director Bertrand Bonello, in which artificial intelligence has determined that human emotions are a danger, and must be surgically controlled. The Beast stars Lea Seydoux and George McKay.
