#186: Helping Your Child with Inattentive ADHD Thrive
Description
Today we’re talking about inattentive ADHD, which is often misunderstood and overlooked. If your child struggles to follow through on tasks, follow multiple step directions, or remember everything they need to take with them… you’re not alone! We’ll break down what inattentive ADHD looks like in real life, why it’s NOT about being careless or unmotivated, and how you can support your child at home and school in ways that set them up for success.
MEET OUR TEAM
We are Lori, Mallory, and Katie. Lori and Mallory are child psychologists, and Katie is a speech language pathologist. We’ve spent decades supporting thousands of families navigating ADHD. And we’re also moms: some of us raising kids with ADHD and some of us navigating it ourselves… which means we understand both the science and the real-life moments that don’t make it into textbooks.
