Colm Mcloughlin first came to Dubai in 1983 on a 6 month contract, 35 years later, as the executive vice chairman and CEO of Dubai Duty Free he has since presided over the extraordinary growth to being the largest Duty Free in the world with over $2 billion in revenue in 2018. They also have an extensive leisure offering in including the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship and Irish Village,.
