Sunday's forecast is pretty much a carbon copy of Saturday night - another 50 percent chance of rain, cloudy conditions, and temperatures climbing to a modest 54 degrees. Winds will be dancing between 5 to 13 miles per hour, with gusts up to 24 miles per hour.
