Tobias Harris contributed significantly with 27 points, hitting six three-pointers, while Malik Beasley added 23 points from the bench, showcasing the Pistons' offensive depth. Boston Celtics got off to a fast start out-scoring Detroit 39-2 in the first quarter. Detroit Pistons defensive efforts were not enough to stop Jaylen Brown, who scored 28 points, and Kristaps Porzingis, who notched 26 points and 9 rebounds. Detroit Pistons shot 51.3% from beyond the arc, Boston's team-play, including Derrick White's 11 assists, paved the way for their victory. With this defeat, the Pistons' record now sits at 9-15. Detroit Pistons will now head to New York to play the New York Knicks on Saturday.
