You can’t do that using traditional big-business time management.   You’ll need to:
– Decline meetings or limit them to 30 minutes OR LESS unless its team time – group work, facilitation
– Block time IN YOUR CALENDAR to do your most important work – uninterrupted.  No exceptions
– Get Good at Saying NO
