This week I talk with Daria Bagina, a Professional Scrum Trainer, Coach and a leader in our community.  For me, the biggest takeaway was that “Change is hard. You can’t do it all at once. We have to acknowledge where we are. And take little steps but never forget the vision of Scrum. Don’t bend the rules to try to get there faster”.  Now that’s something you can bring back to your practice.
