- Eventually, Allison graduated with an exercise science degree.
- When Allison was an athlete, she would eat lots of carbs and low fat meals. Down the road, Allison began to understand nutrition much better.
- After having kids, Allison started personal training as an independent contractor.
- Over the years, Allison has helped people navigate the physical and the energetic aspects of their lives.
