In this podcast, Powell shares with us his incredibly inspiring story, taking us through his early childhood and what marked the onset of his journey towards a health-conscious life. 

He grew up in Jamaica and was raised by his grandparents. Like any other kid, he loved candies, junk, and everything sweet. Unfortunately, though, he developed eczema, high blood pressure, and asthma in his early twenties. Weight issues were also a continuous struggle that led to the deterioration of his health but one day Powell decided to start fresh, to fight everything that was holding him back and that is when he started his fitness journey, experimenting with working out, lifting weights and eating healthy!
