-       Type 2 diabetes can manifest itself in a variety of ways. The most serious issues in modern society revolve around our eating habits and stress.

-       Always eating high-glucose food will lead to the development of hyperemia and insulin resistance.

-       Every time we eat, we raise our insulin levels slightly. So, if you snack and graze for hours daily, you constantly overload your system with insulin drops.

-        Glucose, the simple sugar itself, is a hundred percent dependent on insulin to get into ourselves and provide our body with fuel.
