- Eczema or atopic dermatitis is just rashy skin and often has a component of overgrowth of staph aureus on the skin.
- There are three types of priorities of eczema and how they appear.
- Gut-mediated eczema is usually going to look bright red. If it's circular, it is probably always gut mediated. And it's going to look worse in the summer.
- Antihistamines and histamines aren't enemies but are almost always a problem in most eczema cases.
- Histamine should be broken down better when you have good gut bacteria.

- No one is digesting because we suppress all our digestive enzymes, stomach acid, and pancreatic enzyme functions under stress.
- Undigested stuff creates chaos in the immune system. And then it informs the immune system that there's a problem, which can lead you to have food sensitivities.
- If you do not have a banana bowel movement every morning, you're probably not digesting beautifully.
