In this episode, we have our wonderful guest, Karen Thomson. She is the founder of Sugar-Free Revolution, an online program that aims to aid people in getting rid of their sugar or carbohydrate addiction. Karen has over 15 years of experience promoting health, nutrition, and addiction recovery. 

Karen suffers from cocaine and sugar addiction, not knowing her purpose in life, and slowly drowning from her suffering. But eventually, Karen recovers from drug and alcohol addiction and, at the same time, realizes the connection between sugar and her emotional health. 

With the no-sugar diet, Karen could get back to her healthy mental and physical state. Now, her mission is to help people fall in love with themselves and experience the feeling of being alive. 

Karen is also the author of the book Sugar-Free: 8 Weeks to Freedom from Sugar and Carb Addiction which further boost her advocacy of freeing people from sugar and carb addiction. 

In this episode, Karen Thomson talks about her journey in freeing herself from drugs and sugar addiction and how she helps people do the same.
