- Take annual assessments. Many symptoms are so subtle that you may think it is just because you are aging.
- There are unlimited tools that allow us to get insights into how our bodies are functioning.
- If we can be proactive with monitoring our health indicators and use those numbers as a guide to our behavior patterns, we can begin to see what true health is.
- When people can understand the proactive approach to living a healthy and fit life don't need the pharmaceuticals.

- To deal with those trapped emotions, the first thing to do is to take a couple of deep breaths and realize that this situation is not what you perce
