There are still some funky feelings going on as we wait for our September 1st update. As we grind through Ultra Unlock Part 2, we are enjoying the gameplay, but there still seems to be a dark cloud over the game. 

While we would want that Niantic would be all hands on deck to focus on Pokémon GO, it doesn’t seem like the current community turmoil is the red alert situation that we had hoped for. Two blog posts in particular, remind us that the Niantic Machine plows on. With the acquisition of Scaniverse and an interesting blog from John Hanke, we have a lot to chew on this week!
