Gunman Trevor Byrne has lost an appeal against a hefty 17-and-a-half-year sentence he is serving meaning he will have to serve his time as he continues to remain under investigation for the murder of Edward 'Neddy' Hutch.
The Kinahan Cartel hitman has tried on a number of occasions to appeal his convictions and sentence but now he has reached the end of the road and has been told he’ll do his porridge.
