The San Francisco Giants fell to the Atlanta Braves 4-3 in another extra innings game between the two teams. After the Atlanta Braves scored the go ahead run with a single to score the Manfred Man in the 10th inning, the San Francisco Giants failed to score their ghost runner at second base in the bottom of the inning for the second consecutive night. With the loss, the San Francisco Giants now trail the Atlanta Braves by 3.5 games in the National League Wild Card race.
