The San Francisco Giants fell today to the Milwaukee Brewers 3-2 in the first game of a three-game set at Oracle Park. For the second time in less than a month, the San Francisco Giants were held down by Aaron Civale, who tossed 5.1 innings of two-run ball. Landen Roupp drew the start for the San Francisco Giants and he was pretty solid in his first career start, as he only surrendered two runs over five innings of work. Today was the final game the San Francisco Giants will play while wearing the creamsicle colored city connect jerseys, marking the end of an era. The jerseys were an eyesore, but the Giants played remarkably well in them, posting a 30-16 record in the orange and white uniforms.
