"Blitz" had its world premiere at the 2024 London Film Festival, where it received strong reviews for director Steve McQueen's vision for WWII London during the Blitzkrieg and the performances from Academy Award-nominee Saoirse Ronan and newcomer Elliott Heffernan. Ronan and Heffernan were both kind enough to spend some time talking with me about their experiences working on the film. I also interviewed the Supersiving Sound Editors & Re-Recording Mixers Paul Cotterall & James Harrison, the Production Sound Mixer John Casali, and Visual Effects Supervisor Andrew Whitehurst, while Dan Bayer interviewed Production Designer Adam Stockhausen and the film's editor, Peter Sciberras.
