In 2020, Scientist David Hooper, from UC Berkley in California, started gaining a fast interest in UFOs. To the point where now he's trying to develop and test the technology that could start tracking UFOs around the world. His goal is to make the techology cheap enough for people to be able to have this tech set up in their own home.
