A panel discussion will be held at Casey Middle School in East Amherst at 5:30 Thursday evening, as lawmakers, teachers and parents discuss the impact a ban on cell phones would have in schools. Assemblyman Bill Conrad is one of the lawmakers that will be there. He told us where he stands on the issue.
