Morning Mantra: “When you share your pain you half it, when you share your joy you double it.”
Sometimes it feels scary to be real about your feelings when you are feeling down. You don’t want to be seen as vulnerable or weak. It’s OK to share your feelings. It’s OK to be honest. It’s OK to ask for help. It’s OK to say you’re stuck, or that you can’t begin to let go. We ALL can relate to those things.
It’s also OK to share your joy. Don’t worry about looking like you’re showing off or being silly. Life is meant to be enjoyed, and you deserve every blessing you receive. When you share your joys with others, or make somebody else happy, you will find your own soul radiant with the joy.
People need other people to share their emotions with, because we’re all in this together.
