This after a federal judge ruled the CDC exceeded its authority in requiring masks on public transportation - leaving it up to individual companies and transit authorities. Which means…confusion. And actor Johnny Depp was on the witness stand in his $50 million defamation suit against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Depp says his career was torpedoed by an op ed Heard wrote which falsely suggested he had been abusive during their two year marriage. Today, Depp testified that he never struck a woman in his life. Plus, It was the first thought a lot of people had when Tom Brady 'un-retired' from football. That poor man who bid a half a million dollars for what had been his final touchdown ball! Well, that part of the story also has a happy ending. Lisa Guerrero spoke exclusively with the man who bought the Brady ball. And it was the hot highflying fashion retailer…until it wasn't.
