Opening arguments were delivered this morning with the actor's attorney saying what happened on the set of that movie was a tragedy - but it was not a crime. During a break in the trial, Baldwin was seen outside the court taking a walk with his wife and youngest child. A short distance away, police made an arrest and they're pretty sure they nabbed the right guy. The man was wearing a onesie stuffed with gerbils!
