 Since a lot of people qualified for 2018 Spartan Ultra World Championship I figured I would get the winner of last years race Joshua Fiore with 71 miles to tell us how it all went down! We talk about what he did to prepare, the travel experience, how he fueled and the different rules that take place at a 24 hr Spartan event. Not only did he win 1st place he also proposed to his girlfriend of 5 years at the finish line. This is a great episode even if you're not planning on going to Iceland! You got to check it out!!
