On this episode I talk to my good friend Scott Lemos on how he got 50 miles at World's Toughest Mudder and stayed on the course for 24 hours! He tells us about how the event goes down , how the race works and how different strategies come into play with the way Tough Mudder does their race. If you watched any of the live feed or anyone's post on social media you could see how Tough the conditions were at this race. Temps were in the 20's and mud everywhere this is a good episode and Scott did a great job telling the story of how it all went down! Anyone that ran that race was a beast!
