In this episode Danny Beer talks to us about being a dietitian and how he got into OCR. He tells us about the Charlotte, NC race and how he took the Age group podium in the super and battled against the mud in the sprint. I also pick his brain about my bad eating habits ! I have issues. Danny is a very knowledgeable dietitian in the air force. I enjoyed chatting with him on a bunch of different topics and races.
