On this Episode, I talk about Spartan Ultras ! I was testing out a new way to record , so I figured a good way would be for me to record an episode with myself, running my mouth with a ton of good, and bad, advice about Spartan Ultras! Also about the upcoming Fayetteville Ultra this weekend. I’m not a trained Coach, but I’m an experienced Spartan Ultra Runner. So, use any of this advice at your own risk! Lol
