On this Episode, Jack Bauer tells about how he found OCR . He was racing the Spartan 3k race series this year until an unfortunate injury . Now that he’s rehabbing, and back to running, he’s hoping to do “Deka Fit Championship” at the end of the year. Jack is the brains behind all of the Spartan Stats that are on the Yancy camp website. He even tells us about being on the “Broken Skull Ranch” tv show. This was a good episode to record; Jack had a lot of insight for the sport of OCR.
