On this Episode , Laura and Kevin Tift tell us about the “ThunderDash 5K” , which is an OCR / Mudrun that they have put on for the past 10 years. The race is located in Texas, just a 30 min drive from San Antonio, that takes place on September 28th. The race has a lot of big obstacles , mud, and gnarly terrain. They also have a Fitness challenge 5k option, no mud , no obstacles just a 5k trail run with workout stations every half mile- includes a race T-shirt, free beer , and cool custom rock quarry finish medal!
