On this Episode, Killington Spartan Ultra pre race show! Neil Murphy, Eric Langdon , and I go down a rabbit hole about the race. Everything from training, fueling , drop bin, and strategy. Neil has done the race almost every year since it started, I’ve done it 5 times and Eric did it last year for the first time. So all three of us have a different point of view from our experiences with this race. Good episode for doing an ultra anywhere .
