Description
Good morning, Columbus! I'm your friendly neighborhood meteorologist, and I've got the scoop on our chilly winter forecast.
Bundle up, folks, because we're in for a nippy ride! Tonight, expect a cold night with temperatures dropping to around 14 degrees Fahrenheit. A light northwest wind will be whispering around 5 miles per hour, and we've got a 40 percent chance of snow. We might see a light dusting of less than half an inch, so keep those snow brushes handy.
Thursday is looking like a snow lover's dream with a chance of snow and flurries throughout the day. Temperatures will struggle to reach a high of 22 degrees Fahrenheit, with northwest winds between 6 to 14 miles per hour. Another light snow accumulation is possible, so don't put away those winter layers just yet.
As we roll into the weekend, things will start to warm up a bit. Saturday looks mostly sunny with temperatures climbing to a balmy 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Sunday will be even better, with temperatures reaching near 39 degrees Fahrenheit and plenty of sunshine.
Next week is looking mild, with temperatures gradually climbing. By Monday, we could see highs near 46 degrees Fahrenheit, and Tuesday might hit around 48 degrees Fahrenheit.
