A recording describes the alleged story of Kirk Lazarus, a 19th-century inventor from Toontown, Delaware. Lazarus supposedly built a working time machine and used his friend, Justin Time, as his first test subject. Justin vanished during the experiment, only to seemingly reappear as a frozen body discovered in Antarctica, dated thousands of years older than his clothing. Lazarus confessed, and when authorities pursued him, he escaped via his time machine.
